Misdeals

There is a misdeal if:

  • The first or second card of the hand has been dealt face up.
  • Two or more cards have been exposed because of the dealer.( If only one card is exposed, it is replaced by the first burn card)
  • Two or more improperly faced cards are found in the deck.
  • An incorrect number of cards have been dealt to a player.
  • Cards have been dealt out in a wrong order.
  • The button wasn’t at the right place.
  • Cards have been dealt to a player not entitled to a hand or an empty seat.
  • An entitled player who was present at the table at the beginning of the dealing and put the minimum blind, but have not received cards.
